Dr. Cathleen George

Dr. Cathleen George is Bucks County’s specialist in the field of orthodontics. Her extensive knowledge and training is well matched with her unrelenting desire to release your “perfect smile.”

Dr. George began preparing early for her success in orthodontics by working for an orthodontist during her high school years, and continued right through her enrollment at St. John’s University in New York City. After graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s, Dr. George attended the University of Pennsylvania – one of the nation’s top dental schools. Dr. George received her Doctoral of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. She graduated with honors and distinction, and was a recipient of numerous awards for her academics, leadership, and research accomplishments, including induction to the honorary dental society, OKU.

Following her dental academic excellence with the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. George was immediately granted the opportunity to advance her training and education in the specialized field of orthodontics through the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious orthodontic program.

Dr. George has continued her affiliation with the Orthodontic Department at the University of Pennsylvania as an adjunct associate clinical professor, where she instructs new orthodontic doctors in the application of orthodontic procedures. She is also involved in clinical trials for some of the latest research in new orthodontic devices.

Dr. George has two sweet little girls named Madison and Sienna. As a family, they enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Dr. George also enjoys playing classical piano and weight-training.

To further her advancement in the professional community, Dr. George started an interdisciplinary study group where all dental specialists come together to discuss the best treatment options for patients as well as education in the latest research and dental information. She is devoted to continued education and is an active member in study groups, lecture groups, and nearly all area dental/orthodontic professional organizations, including:
